Slough hosted their landlords on this Easter Monday fixture and were expecting to pick up another win, as they had done in the reverse fixture on Boxing Day but Windsor fought back from behind three times to earn themselves a draw.

Slough got themselves in front through Ian Hodges. Andy Ballard's long throw into the box was cleared by Peter Holsgrove. Michael Alexis collected the ball outside the area and had a shot from distance which bounced up in front of Kieron Drake. The keeper couldn't hold onto the ball and Hodges put the rebound in.

Hodges brought a good save from Drake as he headed on an Aaron Steele free kick, but the keeper dived to his right and put the ball round the post.

Windsor got themselves level with half an hour gone. Paul Coyne threw the ball into Gavin Tomlin who was able to use his body to turn his marker. Putting a low cross in from the left, the ball found its way across the face of goal to Dave Warner who was able to tap in from close despite pressure from Glen Harris.

Windsor weren't far away from taking the lead as Tomlin went close, flashing a drive from outside the box just wide of Clark Masters far post following a good run.

Slough got the lead just before half time. Leigh Mason passed the ball forward down the left side to Gareth McCLeary who turned away from Paul Coyne. Making his way into the box, the ball was passed across to the run of Harris who sidefooted back across goal and whilst Drake did well and got good contact on the ball could not prevent it from crossing the line.

Slough's lead didn't last long into the second half. A quickly taken corner caught Slough napping and the high ball in was missed by Masters attempted punch. Lee Holsgrove fired the ball back in and Steve Daly got in a block on the line. The ball fell to Lee Kersey who hit it forward and found Adam Wallace on the line to tap in.

Slough got back into the lead just after the hour. Despite stumbling over the ball, McCleary again got the better of Coyne down the left and put a delicious ball across to the middle for the run of Hodges. The striker lifted the ball over the dive of Drake as the keeper had come out to close the angle.

The lead again didn't last long and for the second time this season an opposing keeper scored against Slough with a long kick. Drake punted a long clearance down the pitch and it bounced just outside the area. Masters rose to claim the ball unopposed but inexplicably let it drop through his hands, off his head and over the line.

Coyne let fly from 25 yards with a strike that went just wide of Masters right hand post and Warner warmed the palms of Masters with a firm strike from the edge of the area which the keeper recovered after patting the ball down.

McCleary had a good chance blocked to restore Slough's lead. Masters drop kick was flicked on by Andy Ballard and the striker ran onto the ball. Rounding Drake on the right, his shot was blocked at the near post by Jarvis and out for a corner. McCleary took the resulting corner and Leigh Mason's downward header bounced up and Drake reacted well to tip over the bar.

Jamie Jarvis had a good chance to win it for the away side in the closing minutes as a high ball into the box fell at his feet but leaning backwards, he could only fire narrowly wide.
