On Boxing Day, we had the same line up as previously.
Windsor did everything bar score in the first half, when we led by a typical MacKenzie goal to nil.
We took over command of the game and soon went to 4-0 before the Royalists opened their account.
The latter exchanges were more even but Windsor were well beaten.
The second half scorers were Clarke (2), Fox, Fussell and Angell.
The hero of the game was without a doubt our goalkeeper, Charles Wakefield, who in addition to saving two penalties (hands) gave a classical display of safe handling and coolness. Well played, sir.
Stan Holton, Ron Clements and Joe Potter also turned in great displays whilst the Rebel team as a whole had the admiration of us all.
