26 year old attacking midfielder Kurtis Cumberbatch joined the club in February 2022 following his release from Billericay Town.Having previously impressed at Harrow Borough, Kurtis came to our attention in the 2018/19 season when he scored 14 goals from midfield for Farnborough, and this form earned him a move to National League side Dover Athletic.
He spent the next two seasons there making 25 appearances across the two Covid-hit campaigns before joining Billericay at the start of the 2021/22 season. Following a change of manager there and an injury sustained as the new manager came in, it was mutually agreed recently that he could leave the club to explore other opportunities.
Having spent his youth career with Tottenham Hotspur, Watford and Charlton Athletic, Cumberbatch moved to Hadley Town of the Spartan South Midlands Football League in the summer of 2015, before moving to then-National League side Welling United three months later. Kurtis next signed for Bostik Premier club Harrow Borough in December 2016 and netted 14 times, before moving to Farnborough in July 2017.
