Ian joined the Club from Carshalton Athletic. He started his career with Bromley and was their top goal scorer with 24 in the 1979-80 season. He then joined Sutton United in September 1980 and after a spell in and out of their first team he again moved, this time to the "Robins" in 1981.Mens
