Paul Hodges

Bio

Versatile attacking player Paul Hodges joined the Rebels from Woking in February 2020.

Paul is an exciting player with pace and trickery who can play in several attacking roles.

Whilst at Abbey Rangers, Paul spent some time at Slough during the club's pre-season campaign in July 2017, scoring against Wealdstone. He impressed Jon Underwood and Neil Baker but could not be guaranteed regular football at the time, so he signed for Hartley Wintney where he had a fantastic season, scoring 30 goals in all competitions.

This earned him a move to Woking at the start of the 2018/19 season and he played a big part in their promotion back to the National League, making 46 appearances in all competitions, including 26 starts, scoring seven goals.

His form earnt him a contract extension in the summer of 2019, but he had fewer first team opportunities and reached an agreement with the ‘Cards’ to terminate his contract in order to look for regular football elsewhere.
