Following back to back defeats, The Rebels returned to winning ways with a deserved victory at home to the Metropolitan Police.
Goals from the strike duo of Boot and two from Hodges put the Rebels on their way to victory.
Boot was able to open the scoring with twenty five minutes gone when he was played in and slotted home under the keeper.
Ten minutes later and Hodges doubled the lead for Slough. Miller found him unmarked in the area and Hodges made no mistake in converting into an empty net.
An improved second half performance for Slough saw them moving back towards their best, despite not getting their reward for their good play with a number of goals.
The did extend their lead through Hodges, with a firm header into the top corner, and the Police were unlucky on two occasions not to get a goal with two good chances passing them by.
