Slough travelled down to Horsham hoping to continue their recent good league form which had seen them collect seven points from the last nine despite having to contend with a number of injuries through the squad.
Slough started well and took the lead in the opening minutes. Hodges timed his run well to meet a Hyatt corner and headed home well to open the scoring.
Their lead was extended after sixteen minutes as another set piece from Hyatt created a goal for Slough. Hyatt's corner was not properly cleared by the home defence and Wilkinson was on hand to steer the ball home from just outside the area.
Both sides had chances, with Horsham missing a good chance hitting a shot past Foster but into the side netting, but could not add to the score.
Hyatt, having an excellent performance having created Slough's opening goals, nearly got on the scoresheet himself but was denied by a fine save from the home keeper.
Slough started the second half as they did the first, coming out of the blocks quickly and pushing the hosts back but it was Horsham who scored the first goal of the second half. Suleymanoglu fired in, with the help of a deflection, past Foster to reduce the deficit to a single goal.
Slough took little time though in restoring their two goal advantage. Boot ran through the defence and fired home within two minutes of the home side scoring to put the Rebels three one up.
Whilst the home side came back into the game, the Rebels looked comfortable and were managing to keep their hosts at bay.
Miller did have an opportunity to get on the scoresheet but was indecisive and shot over with Hodges well placed in the middle.
With injury time playing out, Hyatt did manage to cap off a fine performance with a goal to go with his two assists. Finding himself with plenty of space in the area, he lined up his shot into the left hand corner and left the keeper with no chance.
