This match proved to be a classic with the Rebels fighting back from 3-0 and 4-2 down to earn a point.
Butterworth put the Victoria Road side ahead after only four minutes and Kimble added the second nine minutes before the break.
We looked beaten when Cavell added D&R's third three minutes into the second half, but responded immediately when Briley's first goal of the season, a free-kick after 49 minutes and then a close-range effort for Sayer two minutes later got us back into the match.
Stebbing made it 4-2 after 57 minutes, only for a diving McKinnon header six minutes later to make it 4-3. We finally pulled level with thirteen minutes left, when Anderson bundled the ball home from Friel's in-swinging corner.
This was truly a great game and Slough have taken four points off the Essex club as the match finished all-square.
