Slough annexed two more points in the great Western Suburban league on Saturday, at the expense of Hounslow.
It is true that the visitors to the Dolphin played a man short, but the homesters were immensely superior in every department, and fully deserved their win
The display of Slough was in strange contrast to that of the previous week, when opposed to Reading Amateurs, and it is one more convincing argument that they cannot play in cup ties against the Reading men.
The forwards were very nippy on Saturday, and made straight for the goal, although the shooting at times was faulty. Hounslow custodian played a fine game, and his clearances were very smart and effective.
Slough halfback line showed great improvement on the previous week, whilst the backs were also very safe.
