Bio

Experienced 34-year-old centre-back Alan joined the Rebels in the summer of 2017 from Ryman League, Premier Division side Kingstonian.

A former Oxford United youth player, Alan had a spell with AFC Bournemouth before hugely successful times with Hampton and Richmond Borough, where he won the Isthmian League Premier Division, and then AFC Wimbledon and Woking (helping both clubs win the National League South).

He joined Farnborough in the summer of 2014 and was installed as club captain. He won the 2016/17 Supporters Club Player of the Year.

Alan's previous clubs include Oxford United, AFC Bournemouth, Hampton & Richmond Borough, AFC Wimbledon, Woking and Farnborough.
