Chelmsford City: Matchday information

All the information you need ahead of Saturday's National League South opener against Chelmsford City.

08/08/24

It’s the start of the 2024/25 National League South season, and after a long pre-season campaign we begin at home this Saturday against last season's runners-up, Chelmsford City (3pm kickoff).

If this is your first visit to Arbour Park, or you’re unfamiliar with the ground, we’ve prepared a handy guide – click here to read.

Getting to Arbour Park

You can find directions to Arbour Park, including parking information, here.

Please note that there is no parking at Arbour Park for spectators – this is for players and officials only. The St Joseph’s School car park is available for permit holders and as an overflow car park. Parking spaces at Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy are available on a first come, first served basis.

St Joseph’s School car park permits

These will be available for collection at the gates to St Joseph’s School on Saturday.

Admission & tickets

Standard matchday ticket prices are discounted when purchased online, except for tickets for under 13s, which are £1 both online and at the turnstiles. Click here to purchase tickets.

Supporters should enter at turnstile 4 (southwest corner) or turnstile 1 (northwest corner). All turnstiles will open at 1.30pm. Our matchday admission prices can be found here.

Memberships and match tickets are digital as the default offering, with each member and ticket holder having a unique QR code which can be accessed from their Fanbase account, and in the confirmation email in the case of individual match tickets. This QR code will need to be scanned at the turnstiles. Members who opted to receive a printed season ticket card can present this for scanning. Another option for members and ticket holders is to print off their QR code and present this for scanning, if a smartphone is not available.

Food & drink

We are delighted to welcome back Barbarian Grill, offering smoked beef brisket, Texas style pulled pork, ribs, pork sausages, pork belly burnt ends and gourmet beef burgers!

The bar and kitchen area on the first floor of the main stand will be open as usual. The area formerly used as a tea bar on the ground floor of the main stand is closed due to the ongoing development work on the new bar. However, there will be an outdoor bar on the west side of the ground, next to the main stand.

Seating

Many of the seats in the main stand and Berkeley Community Stand are reserved for those supporters with reserved seating. All other seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis.

Arbour Park ground regulations

We would like to remind all supporters of the Arbour Park ground regulations and emphasise that anti-social or discriminatory behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated. Such behaviour will result in ejection from the ground. The club may impose a ban on any individual found to have committed such an offence. The ground regulations can be found here.
