The Rebels used the game as an opportunity to give minutes to the majority of the squad and six of the successful Under 23 team, including goalkeepers Michael Edegbe and George Rose, who both played 45 minutes for Badshot Lea in the absence of their goalkeeper.
Slough fell behind after just four minutes, with Aaron Redford neatly lobbing Jonathan North.
A second followed for the hosts on 25 minutes, who later missed a great chance which would have made it 3-0.
The Rebels had chances, with Paul Hodges and Ben Harris both off target, but Harris pulled one back on 33 minutes as he headed home at the far post after superb work from Joseph Lawal to dig out a cross from the left.
Slough made nine changes at the break, and the goals started to flow. Lewis Pegg nodded home from a corner on 53 minutes to equalise, and ten minutes later Tom Derry blasted the ball past Edegbe to give his side the lead.
Max Worsfold added a fourth with a deflected free kick before Lawal added a fifth on 76 minutes after an excellent run and cross from his fellow U23 teammate Eitel Goueth.
