Following the success of last season’s event, we are delighted to announce the next Thames Hospice Matchday will be our upcoming game against Enfield Town at Arbour Park on Saturday 22 March (3pm kickoff).
This time, we are hosting a silent auction online as well as a raffle on the day with loads of fantastic prizes, including the chance to be assistant manager to Scott Davies for the day!
The event will help raise awareness and fundraise for this fantastic local charity. Last season, we nominated our home match against Bath City as a charity matchday with various fundraising activities taking place and the Slough Town team wearing a special one-off green kit. The event raised £4,000 for Thames Hospice and subsequently, our men’s first team manager Scott Davies became an ambassador for the hospice.
The auction items available include:
• Assistant manager to Scott Davies for the day (vs. Enfield Town, Saturday 22 March)
• Signed Erling Haaland Manchester City home shirt
• Arsenal home shirt, signed by the men’s first team squad
• Chelsea home shirt, signed by the men’s first team squad
• 4 x Tunnel Club tickets – Manchester City Ladies v Chelsea Ladies
• Slough Town special edition team shirt from the Thames Hospice Matchday
• LEGO Fortnite & Celestial
• John Lewis voucher
• And more…

Thames Hospice has proudly been serving the community of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire since 1987, providing specialist palliative and end of life care services to people aged 16 and over in their own homes and within the Hospice, as well as vital support for their families. Their services are free of charge to all those in the local community who need access to their vital services, but this is only made possible through the charitable support and generosity of the community it serves.
