Squad news: Cheshunt

All the latest as Scott Davies names the 16-man squad travelling to Cheshunt tomorrow.

We make the trip to Cheshunt tomorrow with an important three points up for grabs in National League South, writes Scott Davies.

We have agreed that George Hunt will join Gosport Borough on a 28-day loan.

The offer was put to George as to whether he wanted to work with Mark Molesley again at Gosport Borough, an old manager of his during his time at AFC Bournemouth.

George made it clear that he wants to play regularly to regain his fitness levels after what has been a stop-start season for him.

To give George six or seven starts over the next month at Gosport will be good news for us, as I know that upon his return, he will be ready to play a part for us in the final third of our season.

Josh Jackman is unavailable this weekend, whilst Luca Woodhouse misses out as he is carrying a hamstring injury.

Aaron Kuhl’s scan result unfortunately revealed that he will face 8-12 weeks on the sidelines.

In more positive news, Joe Dandy returns to the squad for tomorrow’s match. He has been training well after recovering from his injury.

Also, James Dobson re-joins us on a short-term basis with a view to seeing how things go, after he left North Leigh this week.

We are looking to add to the group next week, and will provide news as soon as we can.

Our squad for tomorrow will be:

Will Dennis, Rhys Forster, Matt Hall, Joe Dandy, Lee Togwell, Temi Eweka, Gabe George, Scott Davies, James Dobson, Matt Lench, Johnny Goddard, Louis Walsh, Imran Kayani, Francis Amartey, Ogo Obi, Elliot Benyon.
