We take on Weymouth tomorrow at Arbour Park, looking to get back to winning ways after our two recent defeats, writes Jon Underwood.
Our opponents had a great result in the FA Cup last week, winning at Havant, and with new manager Bobby Wilkinson already having an influence there we will not be taking any notice of league positions and know that a tough battle lies ahead of us tomorrow.
This week we have recalled Gabe George from his positive loan spell at Binfield to give us another option on the left hand side.
Over the last three training sessions we have taken a look at wide player Brandon Aveiro who left QPR U23s in the summer, having previously come through the academy at Crystal Palace. Last night he agreed to sign National League South forms and will be part of the squad tomorrow as we continue to take a look at him.
In further positive news both Ben Harris and Elliot Benyon have stepped up their training this week and we are hopeful that at least one of them will be ready to return to the squad next weekend.
We do have one slight illness concern within the squad and with this in mind we will name a 17-man squad and will review this tomorrow lunchtime before we confirm the team and subs.
Squad: Rhys Forster, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Guy Hollis, Joe Dandy, Scott Davies, Lee Togwell, Aaron Kuhl, Fabio Sole, George Hunt, Matt Lench, Johnny Goddard, Gabe George, Dan Roberts, Arnold Matshazi, Manny Williams, Brandon Aveiro.
