We are back on the road again this evening as we travel down the M4 to take on a Chippenham Town team who like us sit just outside the playoff places with 14 points from 9 games so far, writes Jon Underwood.
Gary Horgan’s team have been very good at home this season with 13 points out of a possible 15, plus a win there in the FA Cup, so we know exactly what a tough task awaits but it’s a game we are looking forward to.
The only change to the squad from Saturday sees Manny Williams replace Imran Kayani who has joined Hartley Wintney on a one-month loan. Like Gabe, who is on similar agreement with Binfield, we are putting Imran’s development first and feel that some regular starts at a good level are what he needs right now.
We look forward to seeing the travelling Rebels behind the goal tonight and will be doing all we can to give them a positive performance and result.
