On Boxing Day we make the relatively short journey over to Oxford City who are having a fantastic season to date.
We played each other in pre-season - which is slightly outside the norm – and for the first 45 minutes we were pressed all over the pitch and found ourselves three down at the interval, going on to lose 3-1.
With that in mind we know what a good side they are and actually said after that game we would be very surprised if they were not challenging for at least the playoffs, let alone the title.
Obviously there has been a lot of talk about COVID-19 in recent weeks and what that will do to football; therefore we will not name our squad of players as it is liable to change right up to kickoff.
The form of both teams over the last 8 league games is very good, with ourselves top of the form guide and Oxford in fifth, so we would expect a good game between the two clubs.
We hope you all have a great Christmas, and that the Rebel Army can come out in numbers to support the lads, as it has been noted that Oxford City are doing their best to rally the home support to try and get their biggest league crowd for a number of years.
Please remember it is a 1pm kickoff.
Come on you Rebels!

We are supporting Shelter’s #NoHomeKit campaign. Both clubs will be wearing their away kits for this fixture, and we encourage our supporters to wear an away kit to raise further awareness.
