Ahead of our visit to The Velocity Stadium on Boxing Day, our hosts Oxford City have provided the following information:
There is a limited amount of parking on site. If you require any disabled spaces you should email Cameron Dabbs at Events@oxcityfc.co.uk to secure your space.
Entering the Stadium
To minimise the spread of COVID-19 infections and to lower queue times at the turnstiles we strongly encourage fans to purchase their tickets in advance through our provider TicketCo: https://velocitystadium.ticketco.events/uk/en/e/oxford_city_vs_slough_town
Additionally advance tickets are cheaper than paying on the gate by £2. You can still purchase advance tickets right up to the moment you get to the turnstile. If you are paying on the turnstile we encourage that you pay by bank card for easiness, safety and security.
Turnstiles open at 11.30am.
The Velocity Stadium is a non-smoking and non-vaping stadium. At half time a steward will open gate 3 which will become a designated smoking area for people to use should they wish. The club has a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the stadium.
The club shop will be open as well as various pop up stall selling programmes and golden goal tickets for the fixture. Again, we encourage people to pay by card for easiness, safety and security.
