We are delighted to announce the signing of 18-year-old Gabe George to the club, writes Neil Baker.
Living in Old Windsor, Gabe has been involved with the Academy23 squad for the past year, and despite having only just turned 18 has really impressed us in a left-sided role.
He has also been training and impressing with the first team squad for a few weeks now, and we feel he has a lot of potential to keep improving his game.
Gabe represents the first player from the recently formed U23 squad to sign a contract at the club, and with the calibre of players that Ashley, Tom and Martin are bringing through, we hope there will be many more to follow.
Now the hard work begins for him.
