We were saddened to learn over the weekend of the passing of lifelong Slough Town supporter Bim Elliott at the age of 94.
Bim supported the Rebels for almost 85 years, watching over 4,500 games. He still travelled home and away to support his beloved team right up to the start of lockdown last year. He watched the games when they were streamed live and right up to his passing was still talking about when was football starting again so he could cheer the team on.
Last May, Bim was awarded the Chris Sliski Club Person of the Year award in recognition of his many years of support.
Our thoughts are with Bim's son, John and the rest of the family at this difficult time.
