Sky Broadband users

A small number of supporters are receiving an error message which says “Network timeout!” upon inputting their stream code. This appears to be common among Sky Broadband users.

The problem appears to be the security settings of your network. Sky Broadband is blocking your network from communicating with ours. If you turn off Sky Broadband Shield Protector before inputting your stream code, this error message should not appear.

If you are not a Sky Broadband customer, this error may be caused by your provider blocking communication with us at the security check stage. Please check your security settings.
