Tomorrow we face Billericay Town at Arbour Park in what promises to be a cracking game on Non League Day!
The club has put on some great incentives in the hope of encouraging some new supporters and we hope that we are rewarded by a big crowd and that the game lives up to expectations. We call upon our loyal supporters to encourage friends and family to take up these offers and come and see what's on offer at Arbour Park. Our aim is to drive crowds regularly over the 1,000 mark and days like this really give us a chance to promote our club.
Our visitors have had a difficult past month off the field, but to the credit of Jamie O’Hara he has taken on the manager’s role, steadied the ship and has his side playing some really good football. We know they have a side full of quality players and this will be a real test for us but we are determined to bounce back from the disappointment of Tuesday night and continue our fine run of form in the league which sees us unbeaten in nine games, winning our last four.
We are hopeful that Josh Jackman will return having missed Tuesday’s game with a dead leg, but we do have an issue with Guy Hollis who has been struggling with a slight groin problem this week. Other than that the squad is looking strong and we had a really positive training session last night and are very much looking forward to this game.
Squad: Jack Turner, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Sean Fraser, Sam Togwell, Mark Nisbet, Lee Togwell, Simon Dunn, Matt Lench, Scott Davies, Max Worsfold, Warren Harris, Dan Roberts, Ryan Bird, Ben Harris, Manny Williams.
