Preview: Slough welcome Eastbourne for Easter Monday clash

Jon Underwood provides an update ahead of the final home match of Slough Town’s season tomorrow.

We look forward to our final home game of the season tomorrow as we welcome Mark McGhee and his Eastbourne Borough side to Arbour Park.

Our opponents gave their survival chances a huge boost yesterday with an impressive 6-0 win against Dartford which will no doubt mean they will arrive in confident mood.

Our own fantastic recent form continued with a hard-fought win at Oxford City yesterday, a side who were in good form themselves. The result keeps our season alive and although we are relying on other sides to slip up we will not be distracted from our focus which is to try to put 6 more points on the board and put pressure on those sides above us.

Our lads put in another tremendous shift in the heat and we’ll need to assess everyone tomorrow lunchtime before deciding on the right starting eleven for this game.

We are pleased to welcome Guy Hollis back to the squad following his 2 match suspension, and this gives us 16 players to choose from.

Squad: Jack Turner, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, George Wells, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Sam Togwell, Lee Togwell, Simon Dunn, Billy Clifford, Matt Lench, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, Manny Williams, Francis Amartey, Dan Roberts.
