Unfortunately we have this morning received written notice that Matty Stevens is being recalled by Peterborough United with immediate effect.
This is obviously a blow to us after the disappointment of exiting the FA Cup yesterday. We would like to thank Matty for his time with us, and wish him the best of luck in his future career. He has been a delight to manage, and with his work rate, attitude and goals we have no doubt that he can look forward to an excellent career in the game.
In the meantime we will assess our options, but will not rush into any decisions.
We now have a huge game against Dartford and ask that our supporters try to travel in numbers to give the lads the support they deserve.
