FA Cup: Rebels look ahead to Eastbourne Borough

Slough head to Eastbourne on Saturday hoping to be in the hat for the Emirates FA Cup First Round draw on Monday evening.

Tomorrow we look forward to a trip to Eastbourne and an FA Cup Fourth Round Qualifying match, knowing that victory for either side could mean a monster draw in the First Round proper.

Having experienced the highs of the FA Cup last season, we hope that we can do what is needed to make that First Round draw, however we will be up against a very good Eastbourne Borough side.

Whilst we had a 4-2 victory in the league recently, we know all too well that the game was changed on a decision made in the first 10 minutes, and therefore we are pretty sure it will be a very different type of game tomorrow.

They have made a fantastic signing in Alfie Rutherford on loan from Havant & Waterlooville, and we will have to be on top form to keep them quiet going forward.

In terms of squad news, we have no injury concerns with Simon Dunn getting through training on Tuesday and Thursday, meaning with the exception of Nathan Smart, who continues with Hartley Wintney, we have a full squad to pick from.

Squad from: Jack Turner, Trent Phillips, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, George Wells, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Sam Togwell, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, James Dobson, Lee Togwell, Scott Davies, Simon Dunn, Matty Stevens, Ben Harris, Manny Williams and Chris Flood.
