Torquay United: Matchday arrangements

Useful information for supporters attending Saturday's match against Torquay United at Arbour Park.

17/08/18

Saturday sees the Rebels take on Torquay United at Arbour Park in only the second ever meeting between the two clubs. The first was an FA Cup First Round tie at Wexham Park in 1993, which the Gulls won 2-1.

A larger than average crowd is expected tomorrow, so we have pulled together some useful information for supporters in advance.

Admission

The turnstiles and bar facilities will be open from around 13:30 and the car park at St Joseph's School (for Slough Town supporters with permits only) will be open from around 13:30 to 14:45 and then after the game for cars to leave.

All tickets will be available at the turnstiles and will not be sold in advance, and no segregation will be in place. Please use both turnstiles (1 and 4) in order to reduce queues. Admission prices are as below:

Adult (18-64) - £13
Concession (65+) - £9
Student (16-17, Student) - £5
Child (5-15) - £3 (12 year old and under must be accompanied by an Adult)
Infant (0-4) - Free

Our matchday programme will be available at a cost of just £2.

Arbour Park does not have ATMs on site. Credit and debit cards are accepted at the turnstiles, club shop and main bar in the West Stand.

Please note that no smoking or vaping is permitted inside Arbour Park. Anyone wishing to smoke can get their hand stamped by a steward at the exit gates, and be allowed back in afterwards.

Food & drink

The bar and kitchen area on the first floor of the West Stand, and the tea bar in the Club Room (ground floor) will be open to all supporters, selling a range of hot and cold food and drinks. In addition, we will have an outside bar selling soft and alcoholic drinks. The consumption of alcohol is strictly restricted to these two dedicated areas.

The bar will remain open after the match and we will be screening the Chelsea v Arsenal match at 17:30.

Off street parking is extremely limited - however there are a number of car parks within walking distance. We would strongly encourage supporters to car-share or travel by public transport where possible. The ground is conveniently situated approximately half a mile from the train and bus stations where plenty of car parking can also be found. Click the link for more information. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from the station and the car parks.

If you do park in residential streets, please be respectful to our neighbours – keep noise to a minimum, and do not litter. When parking, do not block entranceways and driveways, and do not park dangerously, including on blind corners. There are a number of car parks within walking distance of Arbour Park.
