On Saturday 7th October we host Biggleswade Town at Arbour Park, and we will welcome representatives from two charities - KitAid and Kits4Causes.
KitAid is a charity that recycles once loved football kits and distributes them to underprivileged children and adults in some of the world's poorest countries.
Kits4Causes is a charity that collects unwanted football equipment and distributes it to social development projects around the world. To date, Kits4Causes have donated over 37,000 kits to 40 different countries.
Slough Town Football Club is donating some old kit from both the Adult and Junior sections of the Club. Please join us by donating any unwanted football kit or equipment to these charities! Donations can be brought to the home games against Poole Town this Saturday (30th September) and Biggleswade Town on Saturday 7th October. Items can be of any size and any quantity.
Rebels striker Manny Williams has also been doing a similar collection, and has already sent some items with a view to sending another package later in the season.
