Shaun Rowley

Shaun Rowley Position: Goalkeeper

Bio

Slough Town secured the loan signing of highly-rated goalkeeper Shaun Rowley in March 2017.

Rowley, 21, joined from League One side Shrewsbury Town until the end of the 2016/17 season after first choice Mark Scott suffered a serious neck injury.

Shaun had already enjoyed a successful loan period earlier in the season with Conference North side Chorley Town, where he made 10 appearances for the promotion-chasing side. He played in big games in front of some big crowds, keeping five clean sheets, and received praise for his performances from manager Matt Jansen.

On his Rebels debut against Cinderford Town, Shaun saved a second-half penalty.
