Looking Ahead: Rebels welcome Gillingham to Arbour Park

Rebels manager Neil Baker looks forward to one of the biggest games in history of Slough Town Football Club on Sunday.

30/11/18

On Sunday we enter the FA Cup Second Round for only the 8th time in the club's history, and the second year on the bounce, with a huge game against League One Gillingham.

It is not every day you get to welcome league opposition as a non-league club, and we look forward to hosting a fantastic club, on what will be a brilliant day for the club win, lose or draw.

We urge anyone that has not got a ticket to make sure they do so in the next 24 hours, and ask you to try and bring a friend, family member etc. and get Arbour Park packed out, as we will need the Slough public firmly behind us if we have any chance to progress - especially as Gillingham will come in big numbers having pretty much sold out their allocation.

The lads have got themselves to a point where they are 90 minutes from a potential Third Round game, so this does not get much bigger, and whilst huge underdogs we will give it everything.

In terms of squad news, we will be missing Ben Harris and Guy Hollis through one game suspensions, but other than that have a 17-man squad to pick from.

Squad from: Jack Turner, Sean Fraser, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Sam Togwell, Mark Nisbet, Nathan Smart, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, James Dobson, Simon Dunn, Lee Togwell, Scott Davies, Chris Flood, Matty Stevens, Manny Williams, Mark Scott.
