Dan Burnell's fine finish secured victory for Slough in their second pre-season friendly, at Stubbs Lane, Binfield.
The Hellenic League side matched Slough in the first half, but the Rebels made the breakthrough in the second, Burnell running on to Leigh Mason's through pass and lobbing the Binfield 'keeper with a superb finish on his left foot.
Sean Sonner also hit the outside of the post in another good work-out for the Rebels squad, which also included youth team product Gary Andrew and a number of trialists, including Sean Fraser, who played against Slough for Marlow last season.
