Good afternoon and welcome to Arbour Park for what feels like our first league game in months!

Everyone at the club is understandably excited about the FA Cup run and this week's news that the Rochdale game will be live on TV but despite this the number one focus in the changing room remains the league and in the battle for promotion this is a really important game today.

Our opponents Weymouth have had a really good start to the season and on Tuesday night went above us in to 3rd position in the table. Bakes watched them earlier in the season and was very impressed and we know they are a young energetic side with plenty of quality. Many of their players have come from a professional background and are very well coached by Mark Molesley and his team.

In terms of team news Warren Harris returns to the squad after injury and we are hopeful that Manny Williams will too. Other than that we will be similar to the squad from last weekend with Alan Inns, Brad Wadkins, Gavin James and Harrison Gilkes still missing.

We are sure there will be a big crowd today and a great atmosphere for what should be a cracking game!
