Good afternoon and welcome to Arbour Park for what promises to be a cracking match against our promotion rivals Merthyr Town.

This will be our 4th meeting this season and as yet we are undefeated but know we will have to be at our very best to continue that run this afternoon as we know just what a talented side Gavin Williams has put together.

After a disappointing January we have regained our form at a critical time and our 3 recent wins have kept us in touch with the 4 sides above us. There is still a long way to go but our initial aim has to be to cement a play-off place in the coming month or so, stay in touch with the leaders, and see where that takes us come the end of April.

Last weekend we had a very different game at Cambridge City where we knew we had to approach the game differently given the surface we were playing on. Full credit to our lads who coped brilliantly and we felt the 4-3 scoreline flattered Cambridge a little. The only thing that mattered though was bringing home the 3 points and we were delighted to do so.

We don't expect to have any injury concerns for today's game and will have a strong 16 to choose from with several fringe players likely to be playing elsewhere in addition to Lewis Putman and Dan Hicks who are both out on 1 month loans.

We felt our last performance here against Weymouth was our best of the season and this certainly set a high standard which if we can come anywhere close to today we will be very happy.

We hope you enjoy the game!
