Looking Ahead: Cambridge City

Written by Neil Baker

Sean Fraser, one of a number of players rested on Tuesday evening, comes back into the squad.

We entertain Cambridge City tomorrow at Arbour Park looking to extend our current form to eight league wins on the bounce.

Tuesday ended up being a really good night for us, with some players getting vital minutes, whilst getting a positive score without picking up any injuries.

Paul Stonehouse, Mark Nisbet and Sean Fraser were all completely rested and will come back into the squad for the game, whilst Josh Jackman and Adrian Sear will also be available.

Injury wise, Lee Barney is responding well to treatment, and it is hoped may be close to a return for the Beaconsfield game. Gav James may also be a similar timescale, whilst we expect Gurkan to be fit for midweek.

We have agreed with Nathan Smart that he will stay with the squad this week, and we will have another conversation with him about the future.

Our squad will therefore be picked from the following:

Mark Scott, Jamie Jackson, Sean Fraser, Josh Jackman, Nathan Smart, Paul Stonehouse, Mark Nisbet, Guy Hollis, Dan Hicks, Warren Harris, James Dobson, Simon Dunn, Nathan Webb, Lee Togwell, Adrian Sear, Charlie Moone and Lewis Putman.
