Looking Ahead: Banbury United

Written by Neil Baker

News Item image

Banbury is the destination this evening (Tuesday) for Slough's first away trip of the new season.

Following Saturday’s victory we make the tough journey to Banbury who had an impressive victory at Basingstoke Town.

In terms of squad news, we have a slight doubt on Mark Nisbet after injuring his knee on Saturday, and a decision will be made on him before the game, other than that we are in the same position as Saturday.

Gurkan has dual signed with Bedfont Sports in the CCL Premier (with Scott Harris and Billy Jeffreys) and Adam New has dual signed with Hartley Wintney in the same league.

Dan Hicks has two more games of his suspension to run, whilst Lewis Putman is getting close to fitness, and we hope he will be able to train on Thursday night and be available for the weekend.

Squad from: Mark Scott, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, Paul Stonehouse, Guy Hollis, Brad Hewitt, Mark Nisbet, James Dobson, Warren Harris, Simon Dunn, Adrian Sear, Nathan Webb, Lee Togwell, Charlie Losasso, Lee Barney, Gavin James and Charlie Moone.
