Looking Ahead: Fleet Town

Written by Jon Underwood

Lewis Putman (pictured) misses out but Slough have a 16-man squad for the trip to Fleet tomorrow (Saturday).

We look forward to tomorrow's (Saturday) penultimate friendly which is a trip to Fleet Town, with the game kicking off at 1pm.

We are likely to pick from a smaller 16 man squad for this game with Dan Hicks and Gurkan Gokmen getting game time elsewhere, Paul Stonehouse unavailable due to work commitments and we also have a few knocks picked up in the past week.

Lewis Putman (groin strain) will definitely miss out and we are also very unlikely to risk Brad Hewitt who picked up a nasty cut above his eye in training last night which required stitches.

Finally Gav James is suffering with a bad blood blister and may not be risked.

We expect all of those with knocks (plus Stoney) to return for the final friendly at Harrow on Tuesday and we will use tomorrow as a chance to look at one or two final things before we finalise our plans next week for the opening league game.

Squad as follows: Mark Scott, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Adam New, Nathan Webb, Lee Togwell, Simon Dunn, Adrian Sear, Warren Harris, Harrison Gilkes, James Dobson, Charlie Moone, Lee Barney, Charlie Losasso.

Admission prices for the match will be £5 for adults and children go free.
