Looking Ahead: Beaconsfield SYCOB

Written by Neil Baker

Holloways Park will be the familiar setting for the Rebels' next pre-season match.

With three friendly games before the season starts we have started to trim the numbers and will start to get players playing for longer periods, to get a bit of continuity.

We will look to build on the Farnborough performance against Beaconsfield, and will be able to welcome back Simon Dunn and Warren Harris after both missing the weekend, with Lee Togwell to rejoin the squad on Wednesday.

Gurkan Gokmen will play for Flackwell Heath today with a view to a loan period, and over the next week Dan Hicks will play for Marlow, Bracknell and Holyport, as with a 3 game suspension to start the season, we are going to find it hard to get him minutes with us, as we look to finalise our starting eleven for the home game against St Neots.

Lee Barney will sit out tonight's game due to a bad case of blisters that need a few days recovery.

The squad will be from the following:

Mark Scott, Josh Jackman, Sean Fraser, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Brad Hewitt, Adam New, Paul Stonehouse, Warren Harris, Harrison Gilkes, Lewis Putman, Simon Dunn, Nathan Webb, Adrian Sear, Charlie Moone, Gavin James and Charlie Losasso.

EDIT: Admission prices for tonight's game are: £5 adults, £1 concessions and juniors.
