There are many things that still need to be completed so we must ask for your continued patience.
Kay Lathey, General Secretary
Following a meeting today with the Council I can report that all is progressing to plan with handover of the ground from the builder to the Council, still anticipated for mid-August.
With the release of the fixtures today, it is all becoming a reality.
There are no plans to alter any fixtures and we will advise the date of the first game in the new facility in due course. I appreciate that you are all keen to get in, as are we, however, we have to ensure that everything is in place and we are ready for the momentous occasion. There are many things that still need to be completed so we must ask for your continued patience.
A reminder of the recent request for volunteers to come forward to assist with match day operations. We need your help to make this work, so please think about volunteering a few hours now and then. Please send me your contact details (kay.lathey@sloughtownfc.net) so that we can compile a data base of potential helpers.
