As many will have seen from Ryan Parsons' Twitter account, he decided to leave the club last night.
Ryan called us on the way home from Bedworth to say he felt that he had not been his usual self this season, and felt that it was the right time to leave.
He does not have anything lined up at this stage, and said he probably needs a few weeks out to get his head back in the game, as by his own admissions, his standards this season have not been at the levels he has set for us consistently over the last 18 months.
'Parso' has been an important member of the squad and was a big factor in us getting promoted, however he has made his decision and we need to move on, and look to replace him.
We thanks him for his time at the club and wish him the best for the future.
