Saturday allows us to continue our pre-season campaign against a decent Ryman Premier team in Wingate & Finchley, who had an excellent 4-2 win away at Royston last night.
We welcome back Warren Harris into the squad after his holiday, and he will continue his comeback from his ACL injury.
Luke Williams is still missing, and has been tested for glandular fever. He will get his results next week.
Gurkan Gokmen is recovering nicely from his hamstring injury sustained against Hayes & Yeading but will probably be a couple more weeks. Dan Read is also struggling from a knee injury sustained in the same game, and finally Craig Scott slightly tweaked his groin tonight at training and is now also a doubt for Saturday.
We will learn about Guy Hollis’s availability tomorrow, as he may have to miss the game due to a family commitment.
