Slough make the long trip to Bideford tomorrow (Saturday), with both sides looking to bounce back after suffering heavy defeats against Poole in their respective previous league matches.
Last Saturday, Slough were comprehensively beaten 4-0 at Holloways Park by the table-toppers, whilst on Tuesday evening, Bideford also suffered at the hands of Poole, going down 6-0.
Bideford currently occupy 15th place in the table, three places and five points below the Rebels.
Jon Underwood provided the following update:
"We travel to Bideford tomorrow with a small but strong squad looking to bounce back from last week's defeat to leaders Poole as we take on a Bideford side who will be looking to do exactly the same!
Our opponents have slowly climbed the league since Christmas with an impressive run of 10 points from 5 games before Tuesday's heavy defeat and we are expecting a tough game down there.
With a few of the sides just below us in decent form and closing the gap it's important that we pick up a few wins in the coming weeks as we look to cement a place in the top half of the division.
On the injury front we are pleased to welcome both Ryan Parsons and Ben Edwards back to the squad but unfortunately Adrian Sear has still not quite recovered from his ankle injury and will again miss out.
Having rejoined us in the week, George Short will travel with the squad but he is also recovering from an injury that has kept him out for the past month and tomorrow may be too soon for him."
