Sutton United: Matchday arrangements

Matchday arrangements for Tuesday evening's FA Cup First Round replay at Arbour Park.

19/11/18

This Tuesday evening another huge crowd is expected at Arbour Park as the Rebels take on Sutton United in the replay of their Emirates FA Cup First Round tie.

The winners of the match face a mouth-watering Second Round tie against either League One side Gillingham or Hartlepool United of the National League.

We would like all supporters to be aware of the following arrangements.

Admission

We have seen strong ticket sales to date, but don’t worry if you haven’t grabbed your ticket yet, as tickets will be available at the turnstiles tomorrow evening. Prices are as below:

Adult (18-64) - £13
Concession (65+) - £9
Student (16-17, Student) - £5
Child (5-15) - £3 (12 year old and under must be accompanied by an Adult)
Infant (0-4) - Free

Home and away supporters will be segregated. There will also be separate areas for smoking/vaping outside the ground.

Sutton United supporters will enter the ground at Turnstile 3 (in the South-East corner) and have been allocated the East side, which includes ample seating.

Slough supporters will enter via Turnstile 4 (South-West corner) and Turnstile 1 (North-West corner) and will have access to the North, South and West sides, including the West Stand (main stand) with its bar and kitchen facilities. Turnstile 1 will admit ticket holders and cash payments only, and at Turnstile 4 tickets, cash and credit/debit cards will be accepted.

All turnstiles will open at 18:30. We are expecting a large crowd for this match and recommend that supporters arrive as early as possible in order to ease congestion and facilitate and guarantee smooth admission to the match.

Parking

The club would strongly recommend that any supporters use alternative transport methods to get to the match due to the high demand on spaces.

We will be taking the approach used for last season’s match against Rochdale and the use of the various car parks available to us.

Slough Town parking permits are not valid for this match. This applies for both St Joseph’s School and Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy car parks.

Sutton United supporters will use the St Joseph's School car park (SL2 5HW) due to the segregation in place.

There will be very few unreserved car parking spaces available at Arbour Park (SL2 5AY) due to the requirements of local and national press, players and officials of both clubs.

There will be unreserved parking spaces at Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy, next door to Arbour Park (SL2 5AY) – but due to the high number of tickets sold so far and expected demand on the night these spaces will fill very quickly.

For supporters with Blue Badges, there is a limited number of unreserved marked parking spaces at Arbour Park, again available on a first come, first served basis for Blue Badge holders only.

All car parks will be accessible from 18:15.

Off-street parking is extremely limited - however there are a number of car parks in and around Slough town centre within walking distance (10-15 minutes), and we strongly recommend using these on Tuesday evening. Arbour Park is conveniently situated approximately half a mile from Slough’s train and bus stations. A map showing the location of car parks in central Slough can be found by clicking here.

Refer also to our guide to getting to Arbour Park - click here.

Seating

No additional charge will be taken for seating. Slough supporters with reserved seats in the West Stand will be able to occupy these as usual. All other seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis within the respective segregated zones.

Facilities

Catering facilities and toilets will be available in both segregated areas, however please note that unfortunately no alcohol will be available in the Sutton United segregated area.

Please be aware that in line with FA Competition rules, the provision of alcohol during the match is prohibited and therefore no alcoholic drinks will be served in the West Stand bar from 19:30 and all alcoholic drinks must be consumed prior to kick-off. Please also be aware that it may be necessary to restrict access to the bar in the event of high demand. Alcohol will also not be served at half time.

For Slough supporters, the Club Shop will be open and the weather forecast indicates it may be a cold evening, so wrap up warm – you can also purchase a bobble hat, scarf and much more from the Club Shop on the night!

Arbour Park ground regulations

Please be aware that in line with the latest Government event safety advice, searches of bags and coats will take place. Anyone in possession of pyrotechnics or other objects such as flares, smoke bombs or bangers will be refused entry. Any anti-social behaviour will be taken very seriously and CCTV is in place at the ground to monitor behaviour and record events. Any acts of criminal damage or vandalism, including but not limited to the throwing of objects onto the pitch, will result in immediate ejection from the ground and prosecution.
