After a disappointing performance and result on Saturday we are pleased to have an immediate opportunity to put that behind us with another three points up for grabs tomorrow night.

We travel to Hemel, who are having a difficult spell at the minute but still have some quality players in their ranks and just like us will be desperate to bounce back from a defeat at the weekend.

With no injury problems from the weekend and Manny still away we will pick from the same 16 man squad.

Our travelling support has been fantastic recently and we hope the Rebels turn out in force again to get behind our lads.

Squad: Jack Turner, Sean Fraser, Josh Jackman, George Wells, Mark Nisbet, Guy Hollis, Sam Togwell, Lee Togwell, Scott Davies, Simon Dunn, Warren Harris, Louie Soares, James Dobson, Chris Flood, Matty Stevens, Ben Harris.
