Looking Ahead: MK Dons

Slough take a break from league action this evening and face MK Dons in the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup semi-final.

18/04/18

After another important three points on Monday, we can take a rest from league action and focus on MK Dons in the Berks & Bucks FA Senior Cup.

Having seen their preview we expect a mix of first team squad players, Under 23s and some Under 18s, and would expect a tough evening, made even tougher with the number of games we have had to play of late.

In terms of squad news, we will be missing Guy Hollis, who is away with work and back on Friday. Manny Williams got a knock on Monday and has some swelling around his knee and will play no part, Lee Togwell is suffering from blisters which ruled him out of Monday’s game and may only be fit for the bench, plus Scott Davies picked up an ankle injury on Monday and will have a fitness test.

We hope to welcome Simon Dunn back to the bench, and there is an outside chance that Ben Harris might be named also.

Josh Jackman returns after missing Monday's match due to a funeral in Cornwall.

We will continue to rotate and give people minutes, and will go with the following squad:

Jack Turner, Sean Fraser, Nathan Smart, George Wells, Josh Jackman, Matt Day, Mark Nisbet, Warren Harris, Harrison Gilkes, James Dobson, Matthew Lench, Scott Davies, Lee Togwell, Simon Dunn, Chris Flood, and Perry Coles
