After a frustrating postponement at the weekend we look forward to a return to action tomorrow at home against Dorchester.
On Saturday the majority of the squad trained at Arbour Park whilst others had a valuable opportunity for some playing time. Guy Hollis completed 90 minutes for Godalming, Gav James and Josh Jackman were on opposing sides in the Met Police vs Tooting & Mitcham game and Harrison Gilkes successfully completed a planned 45 minutes for Andover in the Wessex League.
Back to tomorrow's game and our opponents have significantly improved since an early season change in manager and the man responsible, former Rebel Steve Thompson, will no doubt get a warm reception from our supporters. Their recent home form has been excellent with 4 wins on the bounce but away from home they have found wins harder to come by. Even so they will come in to this game in confident mood after their win on Saturday and we are expecting a really good game.
Simon Dunn will miss the game having damaged his medial ligaments against Hereford and we believe this may keep him out for another 3-4 weeks. Our 16-man squad for this game will be as follows:
Jack Turner, Sean Fraser, Nathan Smart, George Wells, Alan Inns, Mark Nisbet, Guy Hollis, Lee Togwell, Nathan Webb, Matt Lench, James Dobson, Warren Harris, Ben Harris, Chris Flood, Manny Williams, Brad Wadkins.
