Apply by the end of this week for the chance to be a mascot against Rochdale.

We are offering young Rebels supporters aged 6-11 the chance to be a match mascot for our huge Emirates FA Cup Second Round tie against Rochdale on Monday 4 December, which will be televised live on BT Sport.

There are a very limited number of spaces left, and as such names will be drawn at random from a list of applicants.

This opportunity will cost just £50, and includes general admission for the lucky mascot and one adult guardian and an entire replica kit for the mascot.

To apply, please send the following details by email to Kay Lathey (gensec@sloughtownfc.net) by the end of Friday 24 November:

Name, age, chest size and address for the mascot
Name, address (if different), contact email address and phone number for the guardian

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to give a young Rebels supporter a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
