Dulwich Hamlet: Getting to Arbour Park

Information for supporters regarding the best ways of getting to Arbour Park, admission, parking and other arrangements.

14/09/17

Slough Town welcome Dulwich Hamlet to Arbour Park in Second Round Qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday afternoon.

Kick-off time on Saturday is 15:00. Supporters are advised that roadworks are currently taking place on Stoke Road outside Arbour Park and up to the roundabout at Lismore Park. This will increase travel times for supporters, so please allow extra time for your journey and consider parking at neighbouring St Joseph’s School on Shaggy Calf Lane – further details on this can be found below.

Food and drink
Please note that alcohol will only be served up to 14:45 (15 minutes before kick-off) and will not be available during the match or during the half time break. Alcohol will be available after the match has finished, until 18:00.

Hot and cold food and drinks will be available from both the upstairs bar area and the downstairs tea bar, located in the West Stand.

Admission
The turnstiles and bar facilities will be open from 13:30 and the car park at St Joseph's School will be open from 13:30 to 14:45 and then after the game for cars to leave. All tickets will be available at the turnstiles and will not be sold in advance. Season tickets are not valid for this match. Admission prices are as below:

Adult (18-64) - £11
Concession (65+) - £7
Student (16-17, Student) - £5
Child (5-15) - £2 (12 year old and under must be accompanied by an Adult)

Parking
Arbour Park – All parking is unreserved for this match, and parking permits are not valid. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. There is a limited number of unreserved marked Blue Badge parking spaces at Arbour Park, again available on a first come, first served basis for Blue Badge holders. The post code for sat navs is SL2 5AY.

St Joseph’s Catholic High School - All parking is unreserved for this match, and parking permits are not valid. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. The post code for sat navs is SL2 5HN.

Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy - Additional parking will be available here on Saturday, also on a first come, first served basis. LHEA is adjacent to Arbour Park. The post code for sat navs is SL2 5AY.

Off street parking is extremely limited - however there are a number of car parks within walking distance. We would strongly encourage supporters to car-share or travel by public transport where possible. The ground is conveniently situated approximately half a mile from the train and bus stations where plenty of car parking can also be found. Click the link for more information. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from the station and the car parks.

If you do park in residential streets, please be respectful to our neighbours – keep noise to a minimum, and do not litter. When parking, do not block entranceways and driveways, and do not park dangerously, including on blind corners. There are a number of car parks within walking distance of Arbour Park.

Seating
All seats (both in the West Stand and East Stand) are unreserved for this match and available on a first come, first served basis.

Public transport

There are various other ways of getting to the ground:

Rail and bus
Arbour Park is a 10-15 minute walk from Slough station, which can be reached via London Paddington. Exit the station, turn right and right again at the end of the road onto Stoke Road. Continue on this road, crossing at the Elliman Avenue / Shaggy Calf Lane crossroads. The ground is a few hundred yards further, on the right.

PlusBus is available as an add-on rail ticket and for £3 per day offers unlimited bus travel on that day. These are available from ticket offices, machines and online.

Bus and taxis
For Elliman Avenue use routes 1 (Britwell - Slough), 13 (Haymill - Trading Estate - Slough) or 12 (Burnham - Britwell - Manor Park - Slough). For Shaggy Calf Lane use route 14 (Wexham Park Hospital - Slough). Bus 353 also stops opposite Arbour Park. Buses are operated by First Group - or of course taxis are available from the station.

Cycle
For those of you who wish to cycle, a cycle map of the borough is available from Slough Borough Council and the ground does have cycle racks. Alternatively at Slough Station (Brunel Way) secure indoor bike storage is available – the first month is free and then 50p per day thereafter (only charged on days used) – to find out more visit Cycle Hub Slough.

If you don’t want to use your own bike, Cycle Hire Slough is available at nine sites across the borough and the nearest docking station is at Slough Station (Brunel Way).
