Following a meeting of The FA’s Leagues Committee, club allocations for Steps 1 to 4 of the National League System for season 2017-18 have been agreed.
Slough Town will remain in the Southern League, Premier Division. Leaving the division are Chippenham Town and Leamington, who have been promoted to Step 2, and Cambridge City, Cirencester Town, Hayes & Yeading United and Cinderford Town, who are relegated to Step 4.
Replacing them are Bishop’s Stortford and Gosport Borough, who were relegated from National League South (Step 2), and Hereford, Farnborough, Royston Town and Tiverton Town, who won promotion from the Southern League Division One Central and South & West divisions (Step 4).
All allocations are subject to FA appeal within the next 14 days.
