Sadly the U12s couldn't follow on from their success of last weekend, exiting the League Cup at the semi-final stage on Sunday.
In very windy conditions the lads took on Burnham Reds, who are top of Division 1.
The odds were stacked against them after a penalty was awarded to Burnham halfway through the first half.
The boys should however be very proud of their performance. They never stopped battling and gave the opposition a run for their money before finally losing 2-0.
You can't win them all but you can make sure you give it your best shot and they more than did that on Sunday.
