We are delighted to announce the loan signing of highly rated goalkeeper Shaun Rowley from League One side Shrewsbury Town who will be with us through to the end of the season.
Shaun is 21 and has already had a successful loan period this season with Conference North side Chorley Town where he made 10 appearances for the promotion-chasing side. He played in big games in front of some big crowds, keeping five clean sheets, and received praise for his performances from manager Matt Jansen.
We welcome Shaun to the club and he will go straight in to the side for tomorrow's game with Cinderford.
Since Mark Scott's injury two weeks ago we have been very lucky to call upon the services of Alan Walker-Harris and Paul Strudley who both performed very well over the past three games, and we thank them for this vital contribution.
