Looking Ahead: Hitchin Town

Rebels add keeper Walker-Harris to the squad

We look to bounce back from a disappointing evening at Biggleswade with a huge game in the promotion race as we travel to Hitchin who sit 2 points above us in the table. We know our opponents well and they have a very good home record so we know we will have to be at our very best if we are to come away with the points.

The challenges around our goalkeeping situation have been well documented and with Paul Strudley unavailable tomorrow we have signed Alan Walker-Harris, a very experienced keeper who has played hundreds of games for Dorchester in the Conference South and Southern Premier.

We are unfortunately without Manny Williams who is away this weekend but the squad is boosted by the return of Lewis Putman who came through the warm up and a fitness test on Wednesday night.

Chris Flood has reported a slight hamstring problem and we will have to assess him prior to the game before making a final decision on our starting line up.

Squad: Alan Walker-Harris, Sean Fraser, Paul Stonehouse, Nathan Smart, Guy Hollis, Mark Nisbet, Josh Jackman, Lee Togwell, Nathan Webb, Simon Dunn, Warren Harris, James Dobson, Lewis Putman, Chris Flood, Gavin James, Callum Bunting.
